Kiox as your personal coach

Effective fitness training on your eBike. We'll show you how to use Kiox as your very own personal trainer. 

Step 1

Put on your heart rate monitor and switch on Kiox.

Press the left button on the remote to reach the status screen.

Step 2

Click the selection button to access the settings. This is only possible when stationary.

Go to the Bluetooth item and confirm with the selection button.

Switch on Bluetooth on the heart rate monitor and Kiox. To do this, press the selection button and then select the appropriate heart rate monitor. 

Step 3

You can see the status of the connection to external devices on the status screen. The white heart symbol indicates that a heart rate monitor is connected.

Step 4

The speed screen acts as your own full-time personal motivator.

Step 4

You can see if your current speed is above or below your average speed. If the white bar is to the right of the black line, your current speed is above your average.

Step 4

As further motivation, your performance will be displayed in the middle of the screen compared to motor power. The lighter coloured bar indicates your current performance, while the darker bar indicates current motor power.
