A perfect supplement to the mechanical lock.

Activate the 'Lock' premium function on your Nyon for additional security.

Open the eBike Connect app on your smartphone and select 'More'. Then select 'Shop'.

Note:

For the 'Lock' function to work, the on-board computer must be connected to the eBike.

Note that only the Active Line, Performance Line and Performance Line CX from MY20 onwards are compatible with the 'Lock' function.

After you have purchased the function, 'Lock' will appear next to the relevant eBike under 'My eBike' in the app.

Select 'Lock Function' for the relevant eBike under 'My eBike'.

When you set up the 'Lock' function for the first time with Nyon, the following requirements apply:

- Nyon is inserted in the mount on the eBike,
- Nyon is inserted in the mount on the eBike,
- the smartphone and Nyon are connected via Bluetooth,
- the smartphone is connected to the Internet.

The 'Lock' menu now appears.
Here you can set up or switch off the 'Lock' function and engage or disengage the locking sound.
When you switch on the 'Lock' premium function, the locking tone automatically sounds.

As soon as you remove your Nyon, the Lock symbol will be displayed and you will hear audible feedback.
When you reconnect the same on-board computer, the same symbol will be displayed and you will hear audible feedback. The symbol disappears as soon as the same Nyon is detected.

Note: The 'Lock' function can be engaged for up to four eBikes with one Bosch eBike Connect account.
